Growing up in Cornwall, the UK’s surfing capital Ashleigh has been inspired by the ocean since an early age. Picking up an old film camera as a child led to a lifelong interest in photography. A career in competitive surfing and extensive worldwide travels to remote and exotic destinations inspired her to capture these treasured memories. Creating images that quickly led to commissions from friends, family, and many small brands and businesses.

A move to California in 2015 opened a path to an exciting new career in photography, and Ashleigh started her Surf Photography adventure - San Diego Surf Photos (www.sandiegosurfphotos.com).

Her growing client base allowed her to expand upon her surf photography, leading her to naturally brand into lifestyle and adventure photography. Her focus on authentic, aesthetically driven visual storytelling has been an enormous draw for large and small brands alike.

Ashleigh has been honored to work with top international brands, magazines, and leading companies within the global surf community. She is always excited to take on new projects that allow her to meet new people and travel off the beaten path to explore endless creative possibilities.
